Product policies

All prices on are listed in Australian Dollars. Items for sale at are limited in stock, and pricing and stock availability are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be fulfilled. In the event an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, we reserve the right to cancel the sale and issue a full refund to the card or account payment was made from. No rain check will be issued or honoured.

Returns due to wrong choice are allowed for a period of two weeks after the purchase was made and will be charged a 20% restocking fee (excluding shipping costs) upon acceptance of the returned product(s). For a return of this nature to be accepted, product(s) cannot have ANY damages, dents or scratches, or signs of use.

Shipping & pickup policies

We ship out of our warehouse in Roseville (just outside of Chatswood), Sydney. We are responsible for dispatching orders as soon as we can, but we are not responsible for shipping delays. Orders placed by 15:30 Sydney time are dispatched the same day if all products are in stock. Otherwise, orders are dispatched as soon as stock arrives. Customers will be notified of backorder status updates.

We offer free pickup from our warehouse. Once payment is confirmed, customers will be notified when their order is ready for pickup. If you need same day pickup, please call ahead of time to ensure we have the items and quantities in stock.

Domestic shipments have the option of courier service (Fastway or CouriersPlease) or Express Post via Australia Post. Shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout. Express Post is more expensive, but almost always more reliable for urgent or rural orders. Courier service within the Sydney metro area can be just as quick. If one of the couriers we use is notoriously bad in your area, leave a note in your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

We ship internationally! Email us to place an order and include your full delivery address. All international orders must be paid via EFT or PayPal. International shipments are sent via DHL Express.


A 1.6% Surcharge may apply on payments made via Credit Card (includes MasterCard Credit/Debit or VISA Credit/Debit) & 3.2% on payments made via Paypal (includes MasterCard Credit/Debit, VISA Credit/Debit & AMEX cards).

Warranty & RMA procedure

Items for sale at are covered by a 12-month warranty unless stated otherwise.

In the event of device failure, please download and fill out our RMA form (or this RMA form for a product from Ubiquiti Networks) and email it to us. Once an RMA number is issued, please make sure it is noted on the outside of the parcel being sent back to us. Parcels must be secured packaged, as we are not responsible for damage during transport. The cost of returning the goods to us is the customer's responsibility, and we are responsible for delivering them back. For RMA requests for devices that are found NOT to be faulty, the customer will be responsible for shipping costs and a service charge of $44 (GST inclusive).
