Follow these instructions to get your device back:
1. Check the fuse 
Replace if it is burned (1A) SIBA P/N ESF1.0-SMD.
2. Might be damaged diode bridge (4 pins) and/or voltage supressor (2 pins)
Replace diode bridge with new one (1.5A / 100V) Fairchild P/N DF01S
Replace voltage supressor with new one. Fairchild P/N SMBJ20A
